- As part of your purchase of an annual “Premium, Select or
Premium Plus Maintenance Agreement”, we perform an assessment of
your property’s condition and provide you with a prioritized list
of repair/maintenance recommendations. We review key areas:
Health/Safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural,
room by room and provide you a detailed report of our findings.
During our four quarterly maintenance visits, we review your
initial property assessment and inspect any work or repairs
completed by our firm, if any. Additionally, we service multiple
maintenance items; furnace filter change-out, fire/smoke battery
change-out, overhead garage door service to name a few requiring

- Upon discovery of any needed repairs, we will
provide a written estimate of labor and costs. It always remains
your choice to perform the repairs. By keeping your home in its
best condition, you are maintaining the overall value, comfort,
safety of the property, and your investment, while minimizing the
cost for doing so.
- As a contract owner you receive priority service, discount
from our current hourly rates and no service call fee for
scheduled repairs. We document all our repairs performed on your
property for your future use. If or when the time comes to
relocate, the remaining time on your maintenance agreement is
transferable, offering added value and peace of mind to the new
owner.
